How to use the vocal spectrum analyzer
Start the microphone, hold one comfortable note, and watch pitch, harmonics, formant candidates, warnings, and captures.
1. Allow microphone access
The audio is processed in your browser. Raw voice audio is not uploaded or stored on a server.
2. Hold a stable note
Use the four-second voice check before judging harmonics or formants. Stable pitch makes the graph easier to read.
What to read first
Read pitch first, then H1/H3/H5, then F1/F2/F3. Repeat the same note with the same vowel and microphone distance to make the comparison meaningful.
