Microphone setup for voice frequency analysis
Before judging your voice, make sure the microphone is not changing the result too much.
Keep distance consistent
Start around 15-25 cm from the microphone. If you move closer, low frequencies can look stronger.
Avoid clipping
If the input clips, harmonics and formants become unreliable. Lower the input level before interpreting the graph.
Use the same setup
Practice comparisons only work when the room, mic angle, and input level stay similar.
Try it in the analyzer. Capture the graph, then compare it with a reference example or your next attempt.
